AMBULANCE_BASE_LOCATIONS_FILE#
CSV file that specifies which base is assigned to each ambulance. The table below contains an example. In the example, ambulances 0 and 1 are assigned to the base at node 2 and ambulance 2 is assigned to the base at node 10.
